Why do I have to E-MAIL you as opposed to using a shopping cart or PayPal link?
Just one reason: I want to verify that I have the item available that you're interested in
before the transaction goes any further. I still answer all E-MAILs within hours and often
even minutes after receiving them so that we can complete the transaction as quickly as
Why haven't you answered my inquiry?
I answer all E-MAILs within 24 hours and usually within an hour. If you are an AOL, YAHOO,
HotMail or EarthLink (I will not fill out EarthLink's e-mail approval forms) user make sure that their poorly written "SpamFilter" or "SpamBlocker"
isn't blocking your incoming messages. In Yahoo just check your BULK folder. My
response to you may be there. You can solve the problem by clicking on the Not Spam
button while reading the message.
How old is vintage?
Most of the old yearbooks, phone directories, films, slides and photographs for sale here are from the '40s-'80s with a few exceptions on either extreme.
What is the general condition of the books?
In general, all books show minor cover, minor age staining, corner/edge and/or page wear and may
or may not include signatures. Some of the books are unused and like new.
The yearbook cover may have minor scratches, tears, dings, stains. The corners of the book may be
lightly bent or rounded. Book may not include plastic dust covers or if they do the covers may
have rips, crinkles or tears. There may be minor effects of storage in a damp environment like
slightly wavy or stiff pages and/or a light musty smell.
The binding may be a little loose but you can assume that, unless noted, the binding is strong
I flip through all of the annuals but on a rare occasion may miss a cut out picture, especially if it
is of a single student or teacher. I may also miss some post-production student outsider artwork
like mustaches, van dykes, angry eyebrows, martian antenna or devil horns that are added to
teachers and the misunderstood. Extreme exceptions are usually noted.
Feel free to ask specific questions about condition.
Again, nearly all of the annuals and phone books listed are pre-owned. I do not note every
occurence of tearing, cracking, staining or wear in the descriptions. If you want a near
flawless book please prompt me (before sending money) to double-check the book for any damage.
Why do some yearbooks have pictures included and some don't?
I've only listed pictures for some of the more expensive celebrity yearbooks. If there
are multiple yearbooks/years featuring the same celebrity I may only include a photo from 1
year. You can find pictures of students and ads from many of the books at
highschooltown.com A small donation is required
before viewing. This donation can be applied towards your yearbook purchase.
If there is only one picture shown does that mean that the celebrity only has one appearance in the yearbook?
No. There may be only 1 or there may be 12. I just select one as an example.
How much is shipping?
Media Mail shipping is priced into most of the yearbooks. Media Mail can take 1 to 2 weeks.
Shipping for Express Mail (overnight) orders is $40 for the first book and $20 for every additional book. Payment must be received by noon Central to go out
the same day. Payments received after noon Central will go out the following morning, excluding weekends.
How much do the yearbooks cost?

The original slides and photographs were sold by the photographers and families either
directly or indirectly to me. Once I sell them I surrender any claim on them and you are
welcome to do with them as you wish.
Some of the photographs for sale on the site were either produced from original negatives,
slides or photographs and I intend to continue to sell copies unless we make other arrangements.

of these images for a public work let me know and we can make arrangements for you to also buy the source image.

All of the films are marked. Should be able to ship most films for $3-$4 via media mail. Please note that I am unable to view 16mm films and can only view 8mm with an editing machine so many times I am depending on the person that I got the films from for an accurate description of the contents.

have are listed right here. All new books are posted within 24 hour.
How do I pay?
You can pay using your Visa/MC through PayPal.com.

I can only offer refunds on collectibles and not on images or books as they can easily be copied,
reproduced and returned. The only exception to this rule are shipping mistakes on my end.
If I ship you the wrong item you will of course be entitled to either the correct item or a
full refund. The refund will be issued once I receive the returned item.
